BOOK REPORT GUIDE
Reading is the most important lifelong skill that every child must learn and practice. Maria Regina Catholic School believes that consistent
and successful reading is the key to flourishing! For this reason, we are continuously looking for ways to encourage our students to enhance their fluency
and comprehension skills.
The following book reports are utilized to enhance the curriculum and provide extra reading practice, so it is appreciated that you as primary educators monitor each book report. Complete details about each book report assignment will be given prior to the due date and accompanied
with a grading rubric.

Assignment Summary: (CHARACTER ANALYSIS/ORAL EXPRESSION)
Students will choose a character from the book he/she read. Dress up as the character and give an oral report about the book.
